Welcome to Jurassic Prints screen printing design studio introduction. Thank you for stopping by our site. Jurassic Prints Screen Print Design Studio was formed in 2014 by two screen printers. Both combined have over 35 years of experience, in the screen printed t-shirt industry. Screen printed t-shirts are the backbone to most screen print shops. Jurassic Prints is capable of the largest t-shirt order to our preferred 24 screens printed tee minimum. We do many screen print projects below the stated 24 piece minimum but for screen printed t-shirts, your best pricing will start at 24 tees. What will always set Jurassic Prints apart will be our ability to screen print so much more than t-shirts. Screen printed posters, poster art. Screenprint other substrates such as metal, plastic, wood. Jurassic Prints screen prints on many odd products and substrates beyond t-shirts and apparel.
After some research and a visit or two to some screen printing industry trade shows, we decided on going against the grain and purchased an S. Roque International press, now known in the states as a ROQ (pronounced rock /räk/) International. Our green t-shirt printing machine was the first of its kind in the state of Arizona and we’re proud to have joined the others around the nation that also own a ROQ. This press instantly sets us apart from 98% of other screenprint shops in Arizona.
Not only does the press set us apart but so do the partners of Jurassic Prints Screen Print Design Studio. Jack, the first partner caught the printer and design bug when he was still in high school. Having taken a class on printing it was there that he was introduced to screen printing and all it offered to a creative person. Mind you this was well over 25 years ago and a lot has changed for screen printing since then but the basics have always stayed the same. Jack originally from Minnesota opened his first shop with and 8-color press. Soon finding himself doing screen print work for Pillsbury, Malt-o-Meal, then finding a way into Paisley Park and screen printing shirts for The Artist Prince. Exciting as that experience was, Jack could no longer deal with the depressing long cold winters and wet humid summers and packed up shop to head for sunny Arizona. Being a Freestyle bicycle enthusiast it was an easy choice to move to the almost never-ending summer weather.
Over the years here in Phoenix, Arizona Jack met Wesley. The second partner in Jurassic Prints. Wes got his experience working in shops all around Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Glendale and surrounding cities in Arizona and even other states as well as my shop here in Phoenix. Then Wes moved to Detroit and while living in Detroit, decided to start his own screen print shop. After a few years in Detroit, he decided to pack it up and head back home to Arizona. Once back Jack and Wes got together and decided it was time to change what they’ve both seen in Arizona and the screen print industry here.
We focus on high-quality screen printing as well as trying to keep it affordable to many that want the best but can not always afford what’s offered. We focus heavily on being able to screen print jobs that most t-shirt screen printing shops in Arizona will need to turn down. Whether it be oversized screen printing, paper screen printing, screen printed plastic, wood, metal or just about anything is what will set Jurassic Prints apart as a screen-printer. We screen print from a minimum of 24 shirts to the largest amount of t-shirts you can throw at us. We will print one of a kind screen printed projects as well.
